Brent is an Executive Vice President and the Chief Lending Officer for the bank. He has been in commercial banking since 2005. For Brent, the most rewarding part of what he does everyday is invest in others and participate in their success. With teammates, that means helping them get better at what they do and be more successful in their career. With clients, that looks like helping them achieve economic success and financial security. And within our community, it means helping make this area a better place to live and work.

Brent’s advice for new customers is:

“Find a banker who understands your business and proactively provides feedback on potential improvements. Find a bank that is large enough to meet your needs, strong enough to be consistently available, and personal enough to know you and your business.”

Brent is a graduate of Clemson University and holds a Masters in Business Administration from Boston University. He lives in Friendswood with his family, where he is a volunteer firefighter with the Friendswood Fire Department and serves on the boards of Communities in Schools of Bay Area, Bay Area Council, Scouts BSA, and Economic Alliance Houston Port Region.
